I have simply assumed that the guy in question meant the stuff that makes up a website... bandwidth, disk space, database content, and the like.

He might have thought that IP meant &quot;Internet Proxy&quot; but that wouldn&#039;t have made much sense either.  In any event, I&#039;m over thinking this and don&#039;t really know why.
