I have simply assumed that the guy in question meant the stuff that makes up a website... bandwidth, disk space, database content, and the like. He might have thought that IP meant "Internet Proxy" but that wouldn't have made much sense either. In any event, I'm over thinking this and don't really know why. I need to go to bed now.
